Our hosting provider may also create standard technical logs containing information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and timestamps. If you arrive through a tagged campaign link, limited UTM campaign parameters may be stored in first-party cookies for up to seven days.
3. How we collect information
We collect information when you submit the general enquiry form, Institutional Training form, Course Enquiry form, communicate with us, or otherwise provide information voluntarily. Form submissions are sent to the corresponding Zoho Forms account used by AImpact Digital.

- Manage institutional training and course enquiries, registrations, and updates.

We will not use your contact details for unrelated promotional communication without an appropriate basis or consent. You may ask us to stop non-essential communication at any time.

By checking the consent box and submitting a form, you authorise us to use the supplied information for the purpose described beside that form. You may withdraw consent by contacting us, although withdrawal will not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

The website may use essential browser storage and short-lived first-party cookies to remember campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, and campaign.
