Refund Policy for Clients

Scope
This section applies to all business clients who purchase our services, such as consulting, digital marketing packages, lead-generation campaigns, or any other B2B offerings AImpact Digital provides.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds may be considered if the service provided does not meet agreed-upon deliverables per the contract or scope of work.

  • Clients must submit a written refund request within the specified time frame agreed upon in the contract.

Refund Request Procedure

  • To request a refund, please contact your account manager or email us at support@aimpact.co.in.

  • Include all relevant details, such as invoice number, service details, and the reason for requesting a refund.

Approval and Processing

  • Upon receiving a refund request, we will conduct an internal review.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 7–14 business days unless otherwise stated in your contract.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Any customized services or deliverables already completed and approved by you are generally non-refundable.

  • Specific fees, including transaction or administrative charges, may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Refund Policy for Students

Course Fees and Booking Amounts

  • Courses priced at or below ₹25,000: The full course fee is typically payable at the time of enrollment.

  • Courses priced above ₹25,000: A booking amount may be charged to reserve your seat. The remaining fee may be due closer to the commencement of the course (refer to your specific course details).

Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellation within 7 days of the scheduled course commencement date: All fees paid and/or booking amounts for courses priced above ₹30,000 will be non-refundable.

  • Cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled course commencement date: Students are eligible for a full refund (Specific fees, including transaction or administrative charges, may be deducted from the refundable amount).

How to Request a Refund

  • All refund or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@aimpact.co.in.

  • Please provide your enrollment details, the course name, and the reason for cancellation or refund request.

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 7–14 business days of approval.

Course Rescheduling or Cancellation by AImpact Digital

  • In case a course is rescheduled or cancelled by AImpact Digital, enrolled students will be offered EITHER a full refund OR an option to transfer their enrollment to a future course date without additional charges.

Transfer of course

  • Once enrolled, a student cannot transfer the enrolment to another person. The student will have the option to EITHER defer the admission to a later batch/course OR cancel the enrolment and avail a refund (provided the criteria for availing a refund is fulfilled)

No Refund in Case of Dismissal

  • No refund will be provided if a student is dismissed from a course for violating the Code of Conduct or any other policy.
