Refund Policy
This policy explains how refund requests are reviewed for AImpact Digital services, consulting engagements, courses, trainings, workshops, masterclasses, events, and payment transactions.
Last updated: 16 September 2026
1. Overview
At AImpact Digital, we aim to deliver professional services, implementation support, learning experiences, and customer support with clarity and fairness. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service, course, workshop, event, subscription, written proposal, Statement of Work, invoice, booking page, or other specific terms applicable to the transaction.
This Refund Policy should be read together with our “>Cancellation Policy.
2. Refunds for Consulting and Professional Services
For consulting, digital marketing, automation, CRM, WhatsApp workflow, responsible AI, implementation, lead-generation, or other professional services, refund requests may be considered where agreed deliverables have not been provided in accordance with the applicable engagement terms, proposal, contract, or Statement of Work.
Completed and accepted customised work, strategy work, implementation work, campaign work, reports, documentation, training preparation, or other deliverables are generally non-refundable. Engagement-specific written contracts, proposals, invoices, or Statements of Work may contain specific refund, cancellation, milestone, or payment terms that apply to that engagement.
3. Refunds for Training and Courses
For courses priced at or below INR 25,000, the full course fee is typically payable at the time of enrolment unless stated otherwise. For courses priced above INR 25,000, a booking amount may be charged to reserve a seat, with the remaining fee payable closer to the commencement of the course or as stated in the applicable course terms.
Unless a specific course page or written confirmation states otherwise, cancellation within 7 days of the scheduled course commencement date may make all fees paid and/or booking amounts for courses priced above INR 30,000 non-refundable. Cancellation more than 7 days before the scheduled course commencement date may be eligible for refund review in accordance with the applicable course terms.
No refund will be provided if a participant is dismissed from a course for violating the applicable code of conduct, participation requirements, or policy.
4. Workshops, Masterclasses and Events
Workshops, masterclasses, webinars, events, and short-format programmes may have event-specific refund rules disclosed on the applicable event page, booking page, payment page, invoice, or communication. Where a specific event, masterclass, or workshop states that tickets or bookings are non-refundable, those event-specific terms will apply and will be disclosed before purchase.
AImpact Digital does not treat every event as automatically refundable. Refund eligibility depends on the terms applicable to the specific booking and applicable law.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following may be non-refundable where disclosed or applicable: completed and accepted customised services, work already performed, committed resources, downloadable or accessed digital materials, confirmed non-refundable event bookings, third-party costs, platform costs, administrative charges, convenience fees, or other charges that were clearly disclosed and permitted under the applicable booking/service terms and law.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@aimpact.co.in. Please include, where applicable:
- Full name.
- Registered email address and mobile number.
- Invoice, order, enrolment, booking, or service reference.
- Service, course, workshop, event, or programme name.
- Payment reference, transaction ID, or Razorpay payment ID, if available.
- Reason for the refund request and any relevant supporting details.
7. Refund Review and Approval
After receiving a refund request, AImpact Digital will review the request against the applicable service terms, course terms, event terms, written agreement, scope, delivery status, payment records, and supporting information. We may ask for additional information before making a decision.
Approval of a refund is not automatic. If approved, AImpact Digital will initiate the eligible refund amount in accordance with this policy and the applicable payment-provider process.
8. Refund Method
Approved refunds for payments made electronically will ordinarily be initiated to the original payment method used for the transaction. For NetBanking payments, the refund will ordinarily be routed back through the applicable payment/banking network to the originating account, subject to the payment provider’s and bank’s processing procedures.
AImpact Digital may require additional verification where the original payment method is unavailable, where payment details are incomplete, or where required for fraud prevention, accounting, or compliance purposes.
9. Razorpay and NetBanking Refunds
Where a payment was made through Razorpay or another payment service provider, refunds may be processed through the same payment gateway or another appropriate payment route. Supported banks/payment methods made available through the payment gateway may include UPI, debit/credit cards, NetBanking, wallets, or other enabled methods.
AImpact Digital does not control Razorpay’s, the bank’s, or any payment provider’s internal processing time. For NetBanking transactions, refunds may depend on the originating bank, payment network, Razorpay, and other payment infrastructure involved in the transaction.
10. Refund Processing Timeline
AImpact Digital’s internal review and refund-initiation timeline is separate from the bank/payment provider’s time to reflect the money in the customer’s account. If an eligible refund is approved, AImpact Digital will ordinarily aim to initiate the approved refund within 7-14 business days unless the applicable engagement, course, event, invoice, or written contract states a different timeline.
Once an eligible refund is approved and initiated by AImpact Digital, Razorpay states that normal refunds are generally processed within 5-7 working days. The actual time for the amount to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the customer’s bank, payment method and applicable banking/payment network processing.
AImpact Digital does not guarantee instant refunds or control the time taken by banks or payment providers after a refund is initiated.
11. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
If your bank account is debited but AImpact Digital does not receive successful payment confirmation, please do not assume that the purchase, enrolment, or booking is confirmed. In many unsuccessful transactions, the bank or payment provider may reverse the amount according to its own processing timeline.
If the same amount is successfully received by AImpact Digital more than once for the same transaction, email support@aimpact.co.in with the transaction/payment details. After verification, any eligible duplicate amount will be handled under this Refund Policy.
12. AImpact Digital Cancellation/Non-Delivery
If AImpact Digital cancels a course, workshop, masterclass, event, or programme, or is unable to deliver a confirmed service due to reasons within our control, we may offer a refund, transfer, rescheduling option, service credit, or other remedy depending on the nature of the booking and the applicable terms. Specific options will be communicated to affected customers.
