Where a transaction is unsuccessful, reversal may be handled by your bank or payment provider according to its applicable processing timeline. If an amount is successfully received more than once for the same transaction, contact us with the transaction/payment details so that we can review the duplicate payment under our “>Cancellation Policy and any specific terms disclosed on the relevant proposal, invoice, enrolment page, event page, or written confirmation.
